How can a narrow office space not only reflect functional differentiation, but also not appear crowded? The best way is to use partitions skillfully. What type of high office mobile partition wall do you have? The following is a detailed introduction! Common categories of high partitions:
One, keel partition
1. Wooden keel partition
The wooden keel mobile partition wall has the advantages of light weight, thin wall and easy disassembly. Disadvantages are: poor fire resistance, water resistance, sound insulation, and large wood consumption.
The partition is a keel consisting of an upper sill, a lower sill, a column and a diagonal brace. Both sides of the column are covered with river slats, smoothed with hemp fiber ash, and separated with printed wooden strips. In order to waterproof and moisture-proof, 3-9 clay bricks can be laid under the partition. Plywood can also be nailed to the two sides of the column to form a fiberboard, that is, a wooden keel cover. In addition, some or all of the large-surface glass, ie glass partitions, are installed on wooden frames.
2. Gypsum keel partition
The gypsum keel mobile partition wall is made of gypsum as keel, gypsum board bonded or acupuncture on both sides, cement particle board and wooden board.
3. Metal keel partition
Metal keel mobile partition walls generally use thin-walled light steel as the skeleton, and self-tapping screws are used to fix gypsum board or other artificial boards on both sides.
2. Masonry partition
Brick partition
1. Clay brick partition: This partition is constructed by ordinary clay bricks and hollow clay bricks side by side. Because of the thin walls and poor stability, reinforcement is needed. When the height exceeds 3m and the length exceeds 5m, two φ4 anchors are usually placed in the brick joint at the intersection of the vertical and horizontal walls every 5-7 skin bricks. At the junction between the upper part of the partition and the floor slab, reinforced bricks are laid diagonally. When there is no door on the wall, the door frame must be firmly fixed with embedded iron sheets or wooden bricks.
2. Glass brick partition: a transparent brick wall constructed with ultra-thick glass bricks or composite glass bricks.
(2) Block partition
Also known as ultra light concrete partition. It is built with ultra-lightweight concrete blocks, which are larger and smaller than ordinary clay bricks. Common ones are aerated concrete, foam concrete, steam curing silicate, cement clinker, etc. The reinforcement measures are similar to brick partitions. When using a block with poor moisture resistance, a 3 to 5 skin brick wall foundation should be built under the wall.
3. Slat partition
The partition board usually includes aerated concrete board, porous gypsum board, carbonized right gray board, cement wood wool board, etc. The thickness is mostly 60 ~ 100 mm, the width is about 600 ~ 120 mm, and the height is the same as the actual height of the room. In the installation process, the floor and ground layer should be tightly wedged at the bottom of the board using corresponding wooden wedges, and the longitudinal board joints should be bonded with cement material.
